COPE Retirement 403(b) Plan

COPE’S retirement plan uses Vanguard for employees’ 403(b) investments.  Eligible employees are automatically enrolled in COPE’s 403(b) retirement plan to encourage saving (employees can opt out). Employees may contribute a percentage of their biweekly earnings to the plan from date of hire. After one year of service, COPE may contribute to the employee’s retirement plan, making savings grow even faster. Employees are 100% vested in all contribution types.

Paid Time Off & Holidays

At COPE it is important that employees can balance their work lives with their personal lives. Eligible employees accrue paid time off (PTO) and Sick Time from their date of hire and may use PTO and Sick Time  after 90 days of employment. 

Eligible employees can receive up to eleven (11) paid holidays per calendar year.

Human Resources Information

COPE’s Human Resources (HR) Department oversees various aspects of the employment process including job inquiries, applications, interviews, job offers, pre-hire processing, benefits, payroll management, training and development, and ongoing employee needs.  The HR team wishes to help in any way possible. The goal is to provide the best customer service possible to both applicants and to current employees.
