Yes, depending on the services needed. COPE provides evening hours for services on an as-needed basis. Intakes are generally done at either 10:00am or 2:00pm at case management sites and 6:30am or 8:30am at the Opioid Treatment Programs

COPE partners with Genoa Pharmacy – conveniently located in 4 COPE clinics. COPE will transmit prescriptions to local pharmacies as directed. Coverage is based on individual heath plan.

There are two options available to begin the petition process:

1) Follow up with the members’ adult recovery team; or

2) Contact the Community-wide Crisis line, open 24/7 at 520.622.6000.

Outpatient Detox services are available through COPE, when appropriate. For emergency or inpatient detox services, contact the Community-wide Crisis line, open 24/7 at 520.622.6000

Speak with a member of your treatment team who can assist you in scheduling an Intake with a local provider.  Or call your Health Plan’s Customer Service Department for assistance.

Funding may be available through State and Federal Grants that may help. Intake specialists can do financial and eligibility screenings to determine services that are available.

Not necessarily. It depends on what services are being received. A financial specialist can assist with identifying benefits that are eligible.
