Behavioral Health Services

COPE can help


COPE offers outpatient integrated health services to adults and children. COPE’s expansive continuum has services designed for members with serious mental illness, serious emotional disturbances, general mental health issues and substance misuse recovery services. All COPE programming is based on Evidence Based Practices and provided by trained staff.

COPE’S outpatient sites provide any combination of the following behavioral health services:

  • Individual, family, and/or group counseling
  • Psychiatric Evaluation, Assessment and Diagnosis 
  • Medication services provided by a psychiatrist or psychiatric nurse practitioner
  • Mental Health Court-ordered treatment for clients ordered to participate in behavioral health treatment under a Title 36 order. 
  • Case Management
  • Housing application assistance and referral
  • Peer Support 
  • Skills Training and Development
  • Medications for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD)
  • Health education, promotion and prevention 
  • Behavioral Health Residential Programs (by referral and prior authorization required)
  • Substance Misuse Treatment- full continuum of care; including apartment-based day programming
  • Outreach and Engagement
