Maintain Stable Housing (MASH) Team

COPE Community Services, Inc. (COPE) Maintain Stable Housing (MASH) Team is composed of Housing Support Specialists (HSS) who assist enrolled members with an SMI designation to succeed in community-based housing.

HSS will provide evidence-based services that assist individuals with outreach services, support to acquire and maintain housing, and deliver and/or coordinate life skills services such as:

Homecare and furnishing skills | Pay for groceries and utilities | Budgeting

Additional services include:

Support with housing applications

Case Management

Employment Services

Connection with Government benefits

Assistance w/ transport to appointments

Obtaining I.D. & applying for SSi/SSDI

Homeless Integration Project

COPE’s Homeless Integration Project (HIP) is designed to help those without shelter navigate the system of resources designed to help them secure treatment, medical and mental health assistance, and housing in a safe and healthy way.

HIP expands access to services by creating an intersection of coordination and providing care to homeless individuals, including youth and families, to reduce Substance Use Disorders, Co-occurring disorders, and to improve housing stability. HIP conducts community outreach and harm reduction education, enrolling adults in treatment, case management, and recovery support (including benefit assessment by SOAR-certified staff) and will proactively link youth to youth-specific services.
