Life in Full Throttle (LIFT) is COPE’s youth opioid dependency treatment program for ages 13 – 17. This nine-month Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) includes individual/family counseling, recovery support, and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)*. The Program utilizes a format founded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, family support modalities, and Trauma Informed Care.
