Our low-income housing tax credit programs play a crucial role in providing affordable housing opportunities to individuals and families in need. Through these programs, we are able to leverage tax credits to develop affordable housing units. Housing currently available:

Cascades Apartments

Located at 1346 N. Stone Avenue — Cascades will feature 70 one-bedroom units. Additionally, a community center, parking, and other amenities are available.
