Project Elevate

Project Elevate is a program of COPE Community Services, Inc. (COPE). Elevate expands access to COPE’s established Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program and extends its reach to more individuals in need. The Comprehensive services at Elevate include MAT for youth and adults, psychosocial services, and recovery support. The program provides individualized care and support to each youth and adult served — providing the necessary tools to achieve recovery goals.

Project Elevate is committed to providing comprehensive treatment, with a harm reduction focus, to aid youth and adults in navigating their road to sustaining long-term recovery.

Project Elevate services are fully funded by SAMHSA with no cost to participants. Program space is limited and available based on eligibility.
