Wellness on Wheels (WoW) is a fully licensed mobile integrated health services clinic providing a variety of services in the community. WoW is consistent with COPE’s mission to improve the health and quality of life of persons served, and provides services including:
- Behavioral Health Screening and Referral
- Medications for Opioid Use Disorder
- General Primary Care and Preventative Services
- Well women exams
- Reproductive health services
- Diabetes and Health Education
- HIV Testing and Education
- Hepatitis C Testing and referral for treatment
- Minor Procedures
- Peer Support
- Grant-funded activities (as appropriate)
- Assistance with enrolling in Integrated Health Services at COPE Clinics
